UNA were the electrical installers used by my supplier Solar Bright. I was adding 2 x Powerwall expansion packs (extra battery storage) to my existing battery and roof solar.
What the sales rep and I had agreed regarding placement turned out to be impractical without a lot of extra work & cost. Within a few minutes, I discussed the issues with the team's leader Juve/Jove ( ?) and we worked through a couple of alternatives and made a decision, all within 5 minutes. The job was completed in 3 hours, about an hour quicker than I had anticipated, and the place left clean. I think the "compromise solution" is actually better than the original idea.
